A panel of judges in New York will hear arguments on Tuesday after the Trump administration appealed a ruling that the President's blocking users on Twitter violates the First Amendment.
Last year, a New York federal judge ruled that the President is violating the Constitution when he blocks Twitter users, and the Trump administration appealed the decision. Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald wrote in her ruling that"no government official -- including the President -- is above the law, and all government officials are presumed to follow the law as has been declared.

I can't wait!!! If the decision is upheld, how will Twitter explain why they can remove people from 'the public square'? Twitter bans and expulsions will become a thing of the past for US citizens. The Federal Court will have declared Twitter a 'Public Square'.

If he is president for all people, & all people are protected under Constitutional right of free speech, how can he be allowed to block certain speech? Would he not have to delete account? or unblock ? Didn't he just sign a bill stating no $$ for colleges that block speech?

The courts should put a gag order on Trump so he'd quit tweeting and attend to the nation's business. He's abusing the American public with his petty feuds and attacks on Sen. John McCain.

Interesting concept. I suppose if the President closed their Twitter accounts, so they could not comment, that would be a problem. Not looking at everything written doesn’t seem to me to stop people from saying it, just keeps me from having to read it.
It’s his private twitter account, he can block who ever he wants.
This is an excellent use of taxpayer dollars and there isn't a more important issue in the courts than the presidents Twitter.
