Just abolish it. It was the worst insurance plan ever. Anything Obama touched was always a diaster. Look at what he did to Chicago. He wouldn't dare moving back. He left the mess to other people to fix. The only person that can do it is Trump but the city sadly is so corrupted.
you guys seem to forget that when scotus first ruled on obamacare they said the only reason its constitutional is because of the mandate but if the mandate goes away the whole law is unconstitutional.
