Appeals Court Blocks Texans’ Access to Mail-In Voting

Texans cannot request mail-in ballots based on a fear of catching the new coronavirus at the polls, a federal appeals court ruled Thursday, the latest development in a high-stakes fight over voting in the nation’s second-largest state.

For all you snowflakes who are freaking out, there is still such a thing as an absentee ballot and with early voting, you have weeks to vote whenever you 'feel its safe.'

All voters (seniors, students, union workers, women's groups, small business owners and minorities) contact your local elections office now and can get your absentee ballots sent to your home before the quarantined Orwellian restrictions will suppress voter turnout/participation

If people can riot and protest, they can vote.

So much of voting is not about just the president or even senate/congress etc. It’s about other levels of governance. Appointment of impartial judges, members of lower level of government etc. Vote. Every single vote matters. It shapes future. Don’t let these 4 years repeat!

Guess the state wants to eliminate 0.5-1% of its voting population, especially the older more moribund folks. Likely a ploy to lower Medicaid expenses!

If people had no concern of catching Covid-19 while protesting or rioting, you really have no excuse for not voting in person.
