Appeals Court Allows Texas to Ban Most Abortions During Coronavirus Pandemic

A federal appeals court on Tuesday allowed Texas to suspend most abortions in the state during the coronavirus public-health crisis, a move that could quickly send the issue to the Supreme Court.

The U.S Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, in a 2-to-1 ruling, lifted a trial judge’s restraining order that prevented the state from curbing abortions on the grounds that it would save medical resources.

From one of the last states to issue any order on physical isolation to protect from the spread of the Coronavirus, and whose Lt Governor told elderly people they should sacrifice themselves for the sake of the economy. Why does anybody do any business in that state? It’s gross.

The order applies to even **non-surgical** abortions that don’t require masks and gloves. So the whole we need to preserve personal protection equipment to fight the coronavirus is total bs and the activist conservative judges upheld the order anyway? 🤨
