This law’s constitutionality will be challenged in the near future. Allowing someone to be jailed or fined When an accuser voluntarily subjected themselves to indignation, Embarrassment, or mental stress gives the state a lot of power.

I was in a frat. We did plenty of questionable things. I feel so sorry for this kid.
