A new video shown as part of Avengers: Quantum Encounter features Brie Larson's CaptainMarvel finally greeting Anthony Mackie's CaptainAmerica.👏

A new MCU video sees Anthony Mackie's Captain America meet Brie Larson's Captain Marvel. Fans were first introduced to the live-action Captain America in 2011's Captain America: The First Avenger, where the beloved character was played by Chris Evans. After two additional solo films and a number of Avengers team-up movies, Evans bid farewell to the role in 2019 with Avengers: Endgame.

Larson first appeared as Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel in 2019, ultimately playing a large role in defeating Thanos in Avengers: Endgame. The character has since not been a prominent figure in the MCU in Phase 4 but is mentioned frequently in Disney+'s Ms. Marvel, a show that establishes Captain Marvel super-fan Kamala Khan ahead of that character's appearance in next year's The Marvels.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY Related: Captain America's Endgame Fate Spells Out Thor's Best MCU Ending In a new video posted by a user named emu on YouTube, Larson's Captain Marvel greets Mackie's Captain America. The short video was shown as part of Avengers: Quantum Encounter, a section of the new Disney Wish cruise ship. Although Mackie has previously interacted with Larson as Falcon, the video notably features Captain Marvel referring to him as"Cap," further solidifying Mackie's new role after The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

With the MCU seemingly focused on establishing a new cast of characters right now, it may be a while before audiences finally get to see the next incarnation of the Avengers on screen. For now, however, the video from Disney Wish gives audiences another look at Mackie's version of Captain America, a welcome sight considering another season of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier has not been confirmed, and Captain America 4 is still a while away.
