During the conversation, Cohen also talked about how frustrating it can be to read false narratives on social media about him, especially because he’s so “outspoken” and “transparent” about so many things, including “being a top and loving to have sex.” “I think I get very sensitive when I see kind of judgments about myself on Twitter that aren’t true where people are like, ‘He’s not really raising his kids, he has a bunch of nannies and he’s not really doing it or there’s a narrative that I like some particular drug that I don’t,” he told Mizrahi.
Cohen tends to be very open about his struggles as a single parent raising his 4-year-old son, Ben, and his 1-year-old,Cohen has two children, Ben, 4 and Lucy, 1.“Here I am, I overshare everything,” he further told Mizrahi. “And now you’re believing this horrible thing about me? That kind of upsets me.”in a recent interview that his perspective on life changed after Lucy was born.
“I had such ownership of just one,” he recalled. “And then, when Ben was a threenager and I’m dealing with that and I have a baby, I was like, ‘Oh my God’ and it really all caused me to shift the way that I lived my life.”
