Start your engines: A mansion built for a race car enthusiast is hitting the market in Los Angeles for $62 million.
Measuring about 16,000 square feet, the house belongs to former Goldman Sachs partner and extreme sports fan Kipp Nelson. The house has a showcase garage for 12 cars, a model racetrack dubbed the Kippway, and a Formula One racing simulator.
Good place to be visited by BLM and their peaceful protesters.
During this time does WSJ think we give a flying f**k about a self indulgent assh**e puts a house on the market for $62 million? 'Life does not go on.'
Gee can’t imagine why he’s selling..... maybe the taxes.
Wondering how many local rioters are on their way to that place after reading this. 😂
Eat The Rich
Keep it feed the poor
This is not the reason why I follow this page
Вы делаете мою жизнь лучше
Who gives a shit
There’s a pandemic, recession and nationwide riots, so ?!!?!
One year bonus for investment banker. I worked near Short Hills where there were over 600 that got minimum of 6 million dollars to six hundred million dollars bonus a year. Guess that is just pocket change for the likes of Corzine
Who the fuck cares...
Racecar is one word
And poor George was killed over a fake $20 dollar bill. No wonder there are riots in this country. Financial inequity.
Son sus costumbres y hay que respetarlas.
Heading to Colorado
Really, you think this a good time for this?
That's Harry Bosch's house!
It has a moat, maybe that’s why they thought it was timely ? 🤔
LOLLL i thought a food site auto-tweeting lemon custards today was stupid buuut...this wins
Impeccable timing (And, I read The Journal daily) U.S. unemployed 40,000,000 lives ruined
Your timing is impeccable. Eat the rich!
Let's make money together!
More kindling for the fire. Good job LA Times. Might as well just hand out hand grenades. Just stop already ff's.
looks like ironmans house...Tony Stark in the movie...
It looks fake
Burn that shit down
I guess that will be the next building to burn 🙄
Perfect timing. Unbelievable.
What a joke
No home actually costs $62 million, more than 2000 times median US income. That price reflects the systemic income inequality in our society. The ultra rich have so much money that houses which serve as status symbols just go up in price to reflect the status. America is broken.
This is not helpful and only proves privilege. This country can't acknowledge the gross inequity of every day life and showing us a $62M house is just disgusting.
daveanthony for your series on how this whole situation is affecting the US, just wanted to make sure you were reassured that wall street is fine. I know you worried.
scheduling tweets like this during country-wide riots isn't a great social media strategy for a news org...
Has million dollar views of the dumpster fires 🔥
..... meanwhile, 42 million unemployed, rioting and looting in the streets .... The inequality gap has never been bigger!
If it was $2.00 I wouldn't buy it. Why? Los Angeles! ... Who, in their right mind goes IN to California now? That place SUCKS!!!
Is it on fire yet?
orrbarone
Nice design.
Better have the safe room ready. The leftist brood you spawned is coming home.
You’re so out of touch. This sounds ludicrous, vain and gross.
