Amy Coney Barrett said Wednesday climate change is a controversial topic still up for public debate. The left-leaning policy bloc Climate Power 2020 said, 'It is disqualifying ... to refuse to acknowledge that climate change is real.'

Man-made climate change — the long-run threat to the global economy and security that serves as the basis for competing clean-energy bills by both parties — is a controversial topic still up for public debate, so off limits for her, Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett said Wednesday.

Harris, recalling previous comments by the nominee, said Barrett “made clear” she believes climate change is debatable, pressing the judge again by asking: “Do you believe it is happening and that it affects the air and environment?” “ ‘I will not express a view on a matter of public controversy, especially when it’s politically controversial.’ ”

a summer in Palm Springs might change her mind.

Her extremist religious viewpoints disqualifies her from the position of judiciary. She doesn't believe in science, freedom or democracy. She believes in fundamentalism, absolutism and is blind to the reality that the world didn't stop in 1776.

Sen. Klobuchar: Amy Coney Barrett gave Trump a ‘clear signal’ about her stance on the ACASen. Klobuchar says Judge Barrett's previous remarks on the Affordable Care Act were a 'clear signal to Donald Trump' of where she stands on overturning the health care legislation. I don’t see how the ACA was constitutional. You got fined for not signing up for something even if you didn’t want it.
