The most -- and least -- healthy states in AmericaHawaii ranked as the healthiest state in America in 2018, and Louisiana ranked as least healthy, according to a new report. Access to health care, poverty and other factors can drive these state-by-state health disparities. Mainly seems to be yet another indication of education and world view. In other words, Trump voters are fat and stupid, but want to be told it's all okay and not their fault. It’s the diet I'll agree on the Mississippi part. Mississippi, must be a really old native american word meaning rectum or armpit, as best as I can tell. Backwards, superstitious and fearful of everything they don't understand. Not to mention insanely corrupt.
