Leveraging the same RDNA 2 graphics architecture as the Radeon Pro W6800 and W6600, the new W6400 fills out AMD’s Radeon Pro 6000 series professional graphics lineup with a card optimized for Computer Aided Design applications.

According to AMD, 2D CAD applications have an average memory requirement of 1.85GB, designers typically only require two displays, and the system configurations are often small form factors. AMD optimized the design of the W6400 round these requirements with and RDNA 2 GPU, 4GB of GDDR6 memory, 4x PCIe 4.0 lanes, and two full-size display ports.
