AMC Entertainment Stock Plunges on Plans to Sell $350 Million of Stock

AMC Entertainment Holdings stock was tumbling Thursday after the movie-theater chain filed to offer up to $350 million of stock.

AMC said in a filing Thursday it was planning to sell $350 million of common stock in an at-the-market offering. Shares of AMC were sinking 19% in premarket trading to $8.19.
