Sunny is 3 feet tall and weighs 32 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink night gown, officials say. RRPD says the suspect is her mother, 40-year-old Cathleen Marie Collins. RRPD says she has a history of mental illness, alcohol and drug use.Investigators say they may possibly be heading to Strongsville or Cleveland in a silver 2021 Nissan Murano with license plate No. KAH1171.This is a developing story.
