“I just knew by the smell and the odor and the stuff that was laying on the floor there was something wrong,” Solomon Keen, who works at the location, said, “You could smell it, as soon as I walked over there and the door was open, there was this overbearing smell that came through my nostrils, and I knew something was wrong.”
“As soon as we smelled the substance, we knew we should close the lobby immediately, we know it can go into the air, get into the nostrils,” Keen said.“We deal with these kinds of things a lot, more than anybody, always this corner and this corner,” Mirda Awais, who works nearby, said, “Some people sleep in front of us, using their drugs.”“Before we opened 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., but due to this ongoing crisis and problems, we reduced our times, we open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
