“So I’m wiggling, wiggling, wiggling, trying to get everything off I could, and once I do, I’m able to slip free, and he’s after me, trying to grab my toes,” said Halman. The Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors sent it out after an incident last weekend at an open house.Because of how isolated showing a property can be, it is also a reminder to have a plan for the safety of the realtor.
