Headline is is disingenuous. The guy runs in his car, shoots at cop car, jumps out wearing mask, runs away then turns. Cops have to assume he is armed. Gun found in car after. Each cop trained to fire until suspect down. Yeah he was a good boy. Time will tell but no choirboy here
