Airline employee obtained a passenger's phone number, then harassed her via text, lawsuit alleges

The texts came from an unfamiliar number. But the man on the other end of the conversation gave the impression that he knew her and could see her.

Ashley Barno says she was sitting in the San Diego International Airport in April 2019 when she got a text from someone asking how she was."I met you the other day at the airport," the person responded when she said she didn't recognize the number, according to copies of the texts that Barno's attorney shared with CNN. The man texted her that he worked for American Airlines."Btw I must tell you that you are gorgeous!" he added.

Ashley Barno is actually Arab and the guy “stalking” her is Ahmad. What a coincidence. They were on it together so she can sue americanair and split the compensation money together.

Is she suing the creep who stalked her, or just the multi-billion dollar corporation with deep pockets to pick?

U can’t even flirt with a woman anymore cause of how bad sexual harassment is. In the old days, this wouldn’t hav ben an issue. Now they are extremely strict

Why put that info on a bag tag? Initials, airline name, flight , date suffice. Anyone who retrieved it by accident knows which airline to notify. If the airline sent it elsewhere by mistake, it will know the destination where it belongs. Your description of it will do the rest.

Why didn't she block his number?
