This girl believes what she believes. Thats up to her. However, to derail a persons career over her beliefs is certainly not ok. She is right about not being silenced. She has a right to express herself. However much I disagree with her, she hurt no one by her beliefs.
If your employer doesn’t like your personal views, whatever they may be, they have the right to fire you.
