Voters in California, Michigan, Vermont, Kentucky and Montana are weighing in on proposed abortion-related ballot measures

Nov. 8, 2022 10:24 am ET—the most on record for a single year, according to Ballotpedia. In California, Michigan and Vermont, voters are deciding if the right to an abortion should be codified into law.
