JUST IN: A Mohave County judge has ruled against Republican Arizona Attorney General candidate Abe Hamadeh after he filed a lawsuit, challenging the results of the midterm election.

"With over 2.5 million votes cast, we have to remember that even very small mistakes can make the difference in a case such as this," said attorney Tim La Sota, who was representing Hamadeh.

Abe Hamadeh 2022 election lawsuit: Hearing held in Mohave CountyHamadeh, who ran for the state's Attorney General position, filed a lawsuit over the November election that saw running behind in votes to his Democratic rival, Kris Mayes. A judge dismissed one of five counts in the lawsuit, but otherwise allowed the lawsuit to move forward.

idk if the party is losing credibility or its activist judges. seems odd that they would go after this from two different angles(civil and criminal ) and the evidence and results so far are very different. it would be helpful if someone with real knowledge reconciles this.
