A North Carolina-based health care system has suspended hundreds of employees for not getting a Covid-19 vaccine

Novant Health says employees, by now, must have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine or applied for -- and received -- a medical or religious exemption. Those that hadn't -- about 375 workers across 15 hospitals and hundreds of clinics and outpatient facilities -- are now suspended.

Good....people need understand you are not entitled to a job. You don't meet the requirements set forth by your employer you don't work. It's pretty simple.

Im sure this is just one of those super rare coincidences where a healthy healthcare worker was seriously injured after the jab. Now she can't work in healthcare or any other sector...

Most hospitals are already understaffed. I don't see this going well. They can't get enough people with the working antivaxxers. They are going to be in a bad situation losing that many healthcare employees

It's a risk management issue, hospitals can't have their employees infecting patients.
