Why do police even have the ability to deactivate their body cams? When would this be legitimately useful?

Did the man who was shot attack the policer officer with a knife? 22 cops killed this year, a few young rookies with families. Vanity fair has NEVER called one of those a tragedy. Why? Could it be they're Race baiting scumbags? oh and PeteButtigieg is awful regardless.

It will depend on how he deals with it.The fact that he is seeking counsel from Black leaders, talking to and listening to the black community is a big step in the right direction.I hope he can figure out the answer. Many other communities and mayors are yet to figure it out too.
