I mean even if the tests were accurate, the punishment sounds unreasonably cruel for cannabis, no? What kind of system would punish her kids!? Of course the tests (by a Thermo Fisher Co) resulted in false-positives for drugs. $TMO NewYork Punishing the incarcerated with solitary confinement and bans on family visits is probably more of the issue. Perhaps reserve those measures for those who commit violent crimes behind bars as opposed to those who fail drug tests?
