Robinson recorded the encounter with the police on Facebook Live.The police in Michigan issued a woman a $385 ticket for talking too loud on the phone in her neighborhood on Thursday, according to local reports.
Robinson, who's Black, told Fox 2 Detroit that she believed race was a factor; the report said the person who had called the police was a white woman new to the neighborhood.
We don't know the details before the 911 call, but this person self documented her own behaviors, intentions, & thoughts after. She seems like the kind of person who would be easy to get along with normally, but her neighbor - Rebecca, not Karen - pushed her buttons on that day.
