Russia's Putin says U.S. Afghan foray achieved nothing but tragedyRussian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday that the U.S. military intervention in Afghanistan had achieved nothing but tragedy and loss of life on all sides and showed it was impossible to foist foreign values on other nations. Will Trump supporters be seen as traitors helping Putin attack the US? Good luck with that. How can you have any control over the situation now? And why forget him in the first place?

A small fraction of America’s Afghan allies made it out of AfghanistanAbout 8,500 people who left Afghanistan recently were Afghans, according to numbers released by the Biden admin. and estimates from advocates. It's a small percentage of Afghans who worked for the U.S. or U.S. organizations and applied for special visas. Complete CF What's the angle here? It's a war for God's sake! Did you all think it was gonna be pretty? These people have known for months the U.S. Military were gearing up to leave. Trump set things in motion & Biden caught the train once it steamrolled down the tracks. E.O.S. Sometimes the many out weigh the few. I'll pray for the few.
