I never did figure out where it came from. But as far as I'm concerned, it came from him. So I keep this die in a black dish in the bathroom where I get ready for work each day. I see the blue die and it reminds me of him. My dad’s nursing home didn’t do an intake form when he had to move in during Covid, and a very expensive star sapphire ring he wore every day of his life was “lost”. He passed 3/25/22. I was able to find his HS class ring and I wear it on days I need his support.

We lost our family farm this last year; my gpa and I planted every tree there by hand. Before we lost it, I gathered dirt from the base of one of our trees, and brought it home. Now home is wherever I go, and grandpa too.

LifeKit Ancestors are the only loved ones who pass away? No. Loss of our offspring affect us more. Why focus on the past? The future has a greater impact.
