A bit of a superficial article. I think people are selfish when they want to have children without being able to raise them mentally-wise, physically-wise or financially-wise. Especially people who are not happy and think having a child will make them happy. It's harmful.

The world has changed and continues changing. Having kids nowadays should be more about preparation (emotionally & financially) than anything else. If you are not ready or unprepared, do not have any, it is better. Fix parents to fix the world.

PsychApologist What about the declining replacement rate all over the west?

Could be health reasons.
