Our 50 Nominees for the Hot 10: America’s Best New Restaurants 2019From a quirky hand-roll counter in Seattle to a Providence café making the flakiest baklava, these are the places we can't stop thinking about. Laughable really, especially considering FL's massive beer scene, cuban food, and 17 James Beard SFs from 2019.
