Ever since that day, I have dedicated my life to helping women at every size find their inner athlete at races and in the gym.can be intimidating. After all, runners are often represented as ultra-lean endurance machines. However, the truth is the running community is quite diverse and very welcoming. If we can get past the narrow idea of what a "runner" must look like, we can start to experience the victory of the 5K race at every size.
