Summary It can be very difficult for a TV show to come back from an awful storyline, although there were a select few who managed to do just that. From misjudged romantic encounters to characters whose stories just weren’t working, an awful storyline can be the death of a great TV show, but luckily, creators, writers, and showrunners have occasionally spotted their mistakes and come back from the brink of disaster.
