5 Steps I Took During Pregnancy to Make Sure I Felt Like Myself

These are the simple steps I took to invest in myself during pregnancy that allowed me to feel relaxed, restored, and ready to take on motherhood:When I was pregnant with my first daughter, Charlie, I'd lock myself in my bathroom and take a 30-minute bath every night.
