SAN FRANCISCO --has been a problem in San Francisco. So much so, that over the past three months, the 311 customer service center has received 20,000 calls from people reporting graffiti that specifically targets businesses.
"Our goal is to be able to address graffiti within 72 hours," announced SF Public Works Interim Director, Carla Short.
Perhaps it’s time to make vandalism a felony punishable by imprisonment. The wall painted by Breed in the photo will be tagged upon again within a week.
