Dozens of countries on Thursday issued a rare and stinging rebuke of Saudi Arabia's treatment of detained activists, including imprisoned women’s rights campaigners.

we can’t tell if those reports are true as they are baseless!

Well instead of rebuking them , how about stop taking their money. Stop buying their exports . Hit them in the wallet maybe they will change the behavior.
