The Collin County Sheriff’s Department said a strong storm caused the boat to overturn about 8:45 p.m. near Brockdale Park. Four men were aboard the boat, and one was able to hold on to a tree and call for help, the sheriff’s office said in aOne body was pulled from the water early Sunday and another was recovered in the evening. The third was located Monday, officials said. The sheriff’s office said the men are presumed to have drowned.Maggie Prosser.
