"We just moved to NYC and our apartment building is NOISY. Very noisy., meant we were having seriously disturbed sleep. After extensive research I realized that a white noise machine would be our best chance of a good night's sleep and set out to choose one.
Even the clompy-shoe wearing insomniac who lives above us hasn't woken me up. It definitely takes a little getting used to. The instructions say a week and that is about right, but once you're adjusted it works really well. I'll admit, It's not the most attractive piece of kit, but it's not designed to be out on display for all to see so I don't have a problem with it. It's a case of function over form.
