"I bought this bed for my 8-week-old Australian shepherd Lyra! I got the size medium so she can grow into it and not need a new one right away. The medium is a great size because she loves to hide and dig into the crevices of it and she is now 12 weeks old and it’s still big enough for her growing body.haha! It is very durable and she loves to bite and pull on the shaggy fabric and it has held up well so far with no tears.
I had to wash it since she caught a parasite and all her toys and bedding needed to be washed in hot water and I let it air dry and the bed is in perfect condition and now smells amazing! I was told it could get matted or ruined after washing but that is NOT the case! It’s very good looking and looks brand new again.
