In Spain they're being used on nearly two dozen beaches. THIS AD IS BS AND PROBABLY JUST MORE PSY OPS. In Norway we do not have guard on the beach. We let people swim and be free wirhout anyone watching over their shoulder. Result is that people who can’t swim stays in shallow water or use the shower. Universal healthcare also saves lives.
