He doesn’t feature the explosive athletic traits some of the higher-ranked prospects do, but he was one of the most productive players at the position in the entire nation during his time in West Lafayette — Bell finished his career with 101.2 receiving yards per game .Shakir is one of the best route-runners in this draft, and is a threat after the catch.
