Like many other current Kia models, the Telluride sports a large digital instrument cluster and while it looks the part, it has an issue. A notice issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reveals that excess adhesive was applied to a circuit board within the instrument cluster. This excess adhesive may lead to a poor electrical connection and trigger the display to go blank, removing the driver’s ability to see the odometer.
Kia will notify all affected owners by first-class mail with instructions to bring their vehicles to a local Kia dealership. Dealers will be instructed to replace the instrument cluster assembly with a new one and any owners that have previously paid to have the issue repaired will be reimbursed.announced the 2023 Telluride for the North American market. A handful of changes have been made to the vehicle, including the fitment of new vertical headlights with standard LED bulbs and fog lights.
