To me, it was the night’s silence. Then the tree branches breaking. That’s all. TheBlairWitchProject
The power went out in the theater the night I saw this, it was at a point in the movie when things were really getting creepy. A packed theater sat in dark silence for several seconds, no one knew wtf was happening. Definitely added to the experience.
Still the most freaked out I’ve been in a movie theatre. Tried to go camping the next night with friends. Big mistake!
It was brilliant.
