The boy, Michael, was cold to the touch.

As a first aid unit took over the CPR, Boyer talked to Michael as the work continued to revive him.

CPR was administered for approximately 35 minutes while Michael was transported to Providence Regional Medical Center.On Wednesday, Michael’s mom confirmed to the sheriff’s office that he is still in the hospital but has made some progress toward recovery.His family is awaiting Michael’s MRI results and remains hopeful.

So thankful to hear Sargeant Boyer provided CPR and spoke to this little boy all the way to the hospital. He most likely saved this boys life. I pray he fully recovers. Poor little baby. These waters can be oh so cold. ♥️
