Faulks is described as a 2-year-old Black girl with black hair and brown eyes, standing 2 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 30 pounds. She has curly hair that is ear length. Brown-Sykes is described as 9-year-old Black girl with black hair and brown eyes, standing 3 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 80 pounds.
Police believed both were with 29-year-old Julio Najar-Trevino. He is described as a Hispanic man, about 6 feet tall with hazel eyes and brown hair. He is about 190 pounds. The suspect vehicle is a 4-door 2008 gray Saturn Aura with Texas license plate SWS6018.
