Humboldt Co. Sheriff PIO Kargas confirms there were rescues this morning following the overnight quake. “Yes, two structure collapses with entrapment.” She couldn't say if those rescued people were injured.

Out of an abundance of caution, Fernbridge -- connecting Ferndale -- will be be closed for further inspection, according to Sen. Mike McGuire. CalTrans will remain on scene to assess the structure.
