Informal helping is when people offer assistance outside an organization, like house-sitting for a neighbor, watching each other’s children and running basic errands.Nationally, the research - compiled every two years - showed that more than 4.
Generation X formally volunteered the most out of all generations , and teenagers aged 16 to 17 volunteered the most out of all age groups.
