Officers responded to the scene around 2:15 p.m. where three victims all with at least one gunshot wound were located and two of them were transported to area hospitals. One victim, 17-year-old Arlandis West Jr., was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said one of the wounded individuals, 18-year-old Brazion Sheppard, was identified as the suspect and was be booked into jail after he was released from the hospital. The third injured person, a juvenile girl, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.Arizona's Silent Witness program allows people to send in tips and share information about crimes happening within their local communities.
