The east coast is rife with out dated and unconventional HWY exits & entrances. I've often though some were easy to go the wrong way on if u are unfamiliar with the area. Is I-95 America's deadliest HWY? Trump said it's an accident. Driving on the wrong side of the street happens all the time. Hopefully they can find out how that was able to happen from the passenger.
