Marcus Solis has the latest on the 16-year-old arrested in the deadly shooting outside Inwood subway station.in upper Manhattan late Sunday night.

The shooting happened near the steps of the 207th Street subway station in Inwood just before midnight. Two men were killed and a third man was also shot but survived. None of the victims are believed to have been the intended targets.Alejandro Ramirez, 45, was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital. He was shot while walking home after his shift at Pizza Palace.

A memorial is growing in the neighborhood where he worked for 30 years, including the last decade where he worked at the pizzeria.Ramirez is survived by a 24-year-old son and his co-workers are organizing a GoFundMe to help pay for funeral expenses.Josh Einiger has details on the construction pause.
