“I was like, ‘Well, I work at a grocery store, so I might as well put the word out and make myself available for people that need it,’” the Studio City resident said, adding that she has heard from three or four people a day in need of assistance. However, mostly she has received uplifting notes. Also, for older neighbors who might not be tech-savvy, drop off fliers offering to be of service.Many people have turned into hoarders during the coronavirus crisis.
