Zara McDermott has shared a video of her bloated stomach, comparing it to her "pre-9am abs" in a candid post.
The first clip showed Zara in a bikini showing off her toned figure, with the TV personality saying a combination of angles, light and time of day going into achieving the “perfect” photo. Trying to break the boundary between picture perfect Instagram and reality, Zara wrote: "So I’ve been speaking to a lot of people recently and I’ve been learning of the importance of being completely transparent on social media.
"And look, there’s nothing wrong with wanting to get a nice photo of yourself and choosing the best one- we all do it. But it’s also important to emphasise that the perfect angle, light, time of day are all components of creating a “perfect” photo. In response, the social media personality revealed that she focused predominantly on weight and resistance training.
She also explained that she liked to use different exercises to help target her whole body over the course of her weekly sessions.
