The investigation into racism at Yorkshire Cricket Club has found five players and coaches used racist language as alleged by former teammate Azeem Rafiq, but has cleared former England captain Michael Vaughan. JaneDJourno reports.

The former England cricket Captain Michael Vaughan has been cleared of using racist language towards his ex Yorkshire teammate Azeem Rafiq ‘on the balance of probabilities’ – although complaints against five other players and coaches were upheld.

The Cricket Discipline Commission said its findings ‘do not in any way undermine’ Mr Rafiq’s wider evidence – in which he alleged institutional racism at the club.

JaneDJourno This is about ethnically cleansing Yorkshire CC. In a decade there will be no white British players. It will be a Muslim team marketing itself overseas. Another take over …there’s no such thing as integration.

JaneDJourno The one who defended himself was acquitted. The others chose not to participate in the kangaroo court. An utter shambles that proves only one thing. ECB_cricket is not fit for purpose.

South Yorkshire PC jailed for taking photo of teenager's breastsPaul Hinchcliffe's victims tells a court the officer's actions destroyed her trust in the police. Ok, the guy is a creep and an abuser of power but using the word teenager in the headline only contributes confusion to what he has been convicted of 'Judge Robin Mairs told him his conduct 'betrays your fellow officers who do a decent, committed job and makes women mistrustful of the police force'.' No. His fellow officers were right there with him, egging him on, joining in, and then covering up for him until caught.
